Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Description
ITFrontDesk, a leading provider of virtual technology solutions, is currently expanding and looking for a full-time Inside Sales Coordinator. This position is a fully remote role with flexible hours that you can do largely from home. We are seeking someone who can assist our Sales Team in identifying new targets, developing new business relationships and fostering existing relationships in order to grow our business. This position affords an opportunity to grow with us as our business continues to grow.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct prospecting campaigns, utilizing multiple touch-points (phone calls, emails, social media, mailings, etc.) including up to 40-50 contacts daily to qualify leads/prospects
Manage and organize clients/leads using our CRM software
Create marketing materials and campaigns for mailings and email blasts
Schedule and participate in web demos/meetings with senior sales staff
Assist senior sales staff as needed with customer support and/or administrative duties
Skills and Qualifications:

At least 2+ years of inside sales or similar sales experience
Prior knowledge/experience with IT product sales will be helpful
Ability to work independently and coordinate well with other team members
Strong attention to detail
Ability to interact effectively with prospects and customers via phone and email
Proficient in Word, Excel, CRM, Google Docs, Adobe, and other software/tools
Excellent organizational skills
